  After School Clubs Jan 22  Spring 1 Term

  After school clubs start week beginning: Wednesday 5^th January 2022 and Finish the week ending Friday 11^th Feb 2022

  Sign up is on parentpay.com and will be from Monday 6^th Dec at 10am for the following clubs - first come first served, be quick as clubs sell out fast!

  To sign up to an after school you must book and pay through your child’s parentpay.com account. After school Clubs run for a half term and then finish. You will then need to sign up and pay for following term, there are 6 After School Club terms in one school year, the schedule is as follows but is always subject to change due to situations out of our control or school events:

  KS1 (year 1-2) – Are collected by parents at 4pm from main office (upper site)

  KS2 (year 3-6) – Are collected by parents at 4:15pm from the main office (upper site)

  For psychical activities children can wear their PE kit or Bring clothing to change into from home for the After-School Club

  Pupil Premium Children receive a 50% reduction in cost (contact school office via email for 50% refund once club is purchased)

• "Break the Rules Day"

  What is it all About?

  Break the Rules Day is a fund raising event to help raise money for a new adventure trail

   

  When

  Thursday 25th November

   

  Rules to be Broken?

  No nail varnish or make-up

  No dyed hair

  No temporary tattoos

  Only fruit a break

  Only water in water bottles

  Wear school uniform

  No free sessions

   

  How does it work?

  · Choose which rules you would like to break

  · Make a donation through ParentPay

  · Break all the rules for £1.50

• Rose Lane Primary marks Remembrance Day

  At 11.00am on Thursday 11th November, children and staff at Rose Lane Primary School paused with the nation, to mark Remembrance Day.

  On the Whole School Events page our video shows the wonderful wreath made of poppies created by the children and features The Last Post and Reveille, traditionally played to mark the beginning and end of a minute of silence.

• Anti Bulling Week Information

  Monday 15th NOVEMBER is Odd Socks Day. This is a day in which we will celebrate the fact that we are all unique and it is good to be yourself. We would like the children to wear their usual school uniform but with odd socks.

   

  Friday 20th NOVEMBER we would like everyone to unite with us and show that we do not stand for bullying. In support of this we would like everyone to wear something blue, this could be a t-shirt, jumper, hairband or hat.
